Highlights
Date: 1/1/2027 - Ongoing
Schedule: 8:00a-5:00p onsite plus weeknight and weekend beeper call
Coverage: 1-2 weeks at a time, including 1-2 weekends; 7-14 shifts per month
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Cardiology
Patient Volume: Approximately 7-9 patients per day
Licensing: Active Oregon license required; BC Cardiology; DEA required
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Required Skills: Heart catheterizations, TEEs, stress echocardiograms, angiograms, echo interpretation, EKG interpretation, and general invasive cardiology care.
Other Key Details: Beeper call with a 15-20 minute response time, Level III Trauma Center, strong clinic support (RN, MAs, and office staff), and ongoing coverage needs beginning January 2027. Nuclear reads are preferred but not required.
