- Treatments: Pharmacotherapy required; group therapy, family therapy, and ECT not required
- Support staff: 7 APPs, RNs, MHCs, social work
- Epic EMR
- Requirements: Active WA license or IMLC, WA DEA, BC only
- Fellowship preferred
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
