Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Wisconsin license required
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology
Required Certifications: ACLS
Required Skills: General Urology, outpatient urology evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up care, and call coverage
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Support Staff: Medical Assistant support onsite
