- Patient encounters per shift: 4-5
- Setting: Level 2 trauma center with 15 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites; services extend to other specialty areas and ambulatory surgery locations
- Case mix expected: Complete ortho, complex vascular, neuro (head and spine), OB, thoracic (non-cardiac), pediatrics (notably ENT/outpatient); no cardiac/open heart
- Core skills required: General anesthesia (adult), obstetrical cases, head/spine neurosurgical cases, thoracic (non-cardiac), complex vascular and orthopedic, pain management techniques, ventilation management, evaluation/management of acute volume/BP issues, arterial line placement
- Epic EMR
- Certifications: BC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience/training: Pediatric-trained CRNA preferred for ENT and other outpatient specialties; pediatric and trauma anesthesia preferred
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
