- Clinic schedule (days and hours) Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm / Friday 7:30am-noon
- Clinic Volume: 2 patients per hour depending on length of appointment
- Clinical support: 3 Nurses scheduled per shift, midwife starting in September to assist with call
- Cases/Procedures: Suction D&C, Laparoscopy, Read NST’s, C/Sections, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
- EMR and Dictation Tools: EPIC/Dragon
- Case Logs: 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
- Certifications: Bc or BE, MI license or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
