Highlights
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday clinic coverage with a minimum 6-month commitment
Clinic Hours: 8:00a–5:00p with a consistent daytime schedule
Call: 1:2 rotation with approximately 2 weekends per month and 10 weeknights per month; mostly phone-based with limited after-hours activity
Setting: Clinic and hospital consultative practice in a community-based cancer program
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Required Skills: Adult Hematology & Oncology including benign and malignant hematology and solid tumor oncology
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Hematology/Oncology)
Licensure: Pennsylvania license or IMLC accepted, will wait for license
DEA: Required
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days with temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
Support: Established program with physician, APP, oncology pharmacy, infusion, nursing, and radiation oncology support
