Length of contract: 3-6 months with possibility of extension

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Shift: 5x8 weekly. No call. No weekend. Need full time coverage.

Medical direction

Provider must be able to perform normal blocks and spinals

Types of cases: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery. No pediatrics, Crani's or hearts.

EMR: Epic

3 MDs on per day, CRNAs 10

Number of operating rooms: 9

Requirements:

Must have TX license

ACLS

BLS
