- Hours vary week to week between 8's, 10's, and 12's

- Case Mix: Ortho, Gyn, ENT (only healthy peds), 1-2 level back fusions, laminectomies, Davinci Gyn and urology, Endo, cardioversions and peds dental.

- Requirements: BC, ID license, DEA, CSR, 1 year exp
- Credentialing Timeframe: about 30-45 days if licensed. If non-licensed/pending license, can take up to 90-120 days.
