Highlights
Date: ASAP (post-privileging) - Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p; patients seen Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Thursday administrative day
Call: Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
Practice Setting: Hematology/Oncology
Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patient encounters per day
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Washington license or IMLC required (facility will not wait for licensing)
Board Certification: Board Certified required
Required Certifications: BLS, DEA
Required Training: Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
Required Skills: Medical oncology, hematology, outpatient cancer care, treatment planning, chemotherapy management, patient follow-up, and on-call consultation
Facility Details: 19-bed department, Stroke Certified facility
Coverage Type: Clinic plus call coverage; no admissions required
Credentialing: Approximately 30-90 days; temporary privileges available
