Highlights
- Full-time only; 5x8s per week (every week of the month).
- No call; no weekends.
- Cases: Surgery center 100% orthopedics; hospitals include ortho, general surgery, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, neuro; majority general surgery and ortho; frequent total joints under spinal (often performed by APPs).
- Blocks/induction: MDs perform most blocks; APPs staff rooms; physicians may request notice for induction/emergence but are not typically intimately involved.
- EMR: SIS (surgery center); Cerner (hospitals).
- Certifications: FL license, BC, ACLS, BLS
- Only out-of-state candidates; must include a copy of an out-of-state driver's license with submission (no other proof of residency accepted).
- Must live >50 miles from the site and must not have worked at this site or any Envision site within 50 miles in the past 24 months.
- Experience: ≥2 years with 24 months of case logs; 100% clean file.
- Average time to credential: ~90 days; temporary privileges are not granted.
