Highlights
Schedule: Approximately 6–8 shifts per month; 12-hour day, night, and mid-shifts available
Open Coverage: Multiple day, night, and mid-shift opportunities available September through December
Setting: Emergency Department and Urgent Care within a Level II Trauma Center
Patient Volume: Approximately 140 patient encounters per day across the department
EMR: Cerner
Required Skills: Full-scope Emergency Medicine including acute care, trauma evaluation, stabilization, and management of adult and pediatric patients
Board Status: ABEM or AOBEM Board Certified required
Licensure: State license required; facility will wait for licensure
Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days for clean files
Support: Strong APP coverage and comprehensive specialty backup available 24/7
