- Experience: EM residency graduates within past 12 months may be considered; 3-month proctorship required
- Immunizations/Screening: MMR & Varicella (2 doses or immune titers); TB test within past 12 months or QuantiFERON within 3 months plus second TB test prior to privileging; chest X-ray if TB positive; current-season influenza
- CME: Preeclampsia training at initial application and every 2 years for reappointment
