- Call Response Time Required: 20 Min Call Ratio: ON Call only for duration of assignment
- Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Phone Consults: 0-5 Patients Seen: 1-2 Admissions: 0-1
- Requirements: Active ABOS, Active Michigan medical license, MI CDS, and MI DEA
