Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Patient Volume: Up to 14 scheduled patients per day plus up to 4 walk-ins
Patient Panel: Approximately 1,000 patients
EMR: CPRS
Licensing: Active, unrestricted medical license required
Board Certification: BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
Required Skills: Primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, medication management, diagnostic evaluations, care coordination, referrals, lab and imaging review
Credentialing: VA credentialing/privileging, VetPro enrollment, and required VA training must be completed
