Requirements: BC General Cardiologist, DEA, ACLS, BLS

Core Skills: New consults, follow-up visits, and transfer-of-care evaluations

Setting: Outpatient Cardiology Clinic

Support: RN, MA, and Echo Tech support

Credentialing: Up to 90 days

Additional Coverage: Provider will also rotate to a nearby outreach clinic location after privileges are granted
