Overview:
- Ongoing assignment starting December 2025
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekdays: 5p–1a or 7p–3a
- Weekends: 7p–1a
- Credentialing ~90 days
Practice Details:
- Average ~23 patients per shift
- Department staffed with 2–3 physicians and 1–3 APPs per shift
- Support staff includes 9 RNs and 2 PAs/NPs
- EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level: 3
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Eligible (Fellowship preferred)
- Must have IN license or IMLC
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, ABLS required
