- Census: 50-80 total; 15-20 per physician
- Daytime workload: 15-17 follow-ups; 2-4 admits/consults; multidisciplinary rounds late morning (10-15 min)
- Night workload: Avg 6 admissions/consults (range 4-12) plus cross-cover for 50-80 patients
- Consults: 1-2 per day
- ICU: Closed; managed by intensivists; no ICU rounding
- Support staff: Excellent nursing and case management; office manager
- Certifications: CO license, DEA, ACLS
- Clean file required
- Availability must exactly match the listed night shifts
- Experience preferred
