- Patient volume: ~10 patient encounters per shift
- Common conditions: RDS, pulmonary hypertension, pneumothorax, sepsis, seizures, VLBW, NAS; stabilize surgical cases for transport
- Procedures/therapies: Intubation, chest tubes, central lines, paracentesis, lumbar puncture, exchange transfusion, therapeutic hypothermia; ventilator management including HFOV and iNO
- Diagnostics/EHR: MRI, CT, EEG; Cerner
- EMR System: Cerner
- Call Response Time Required: 15 Min
- Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Phone Consults: 2 Patients Seen: 10 Admissions: 1
