Schedule: 2-3 days per week - Thursday and Friday + 1 additional (flexible day) per week. 8a-5p
NO CALL
Hem vs Onc: 50/50 mix
15 patients per day
Support staff: 2 Part time medoncs, 1 NP, 1 Radonc, MAs, RNs, 2 pharmacist, lab, PET/CT, onsite Director.
BC in Med Onc required
IMLC Accepted: Active OH license preferred
12 weeks to credential
