Requirements: Experienced CT Surgery NP, PA, or DNP with cardiothoracic first assist experience
Core Skills: Endoscopic vein harvesting, first assist in cardiac surgery, postoperative management, and inpatient CT surgery care
Case Mix: CABG, mitral valve surgery, aortic valve surgery, robotic lobectomy, and VATS procedures
Setting: Hospital-based Cardiothoracic Surgery program
EMR: Epic
Support: Established CT Surgery team
Credentialing: Temporary and emergency privileges available for qualified providers
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
