Highlights
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:00p (flexible hours); ongoing assignment
Setting: Outpatient pain management clinic with procedural work
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS
Required Skills: Pain management including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and injection-based procedures
Board Status: Board Certified required with Pain Management fellowship
Licensure: Wisconsin license or IMLC accepted
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Support: Clinic setting with dedicated nursing and office staff support
