- Patient encounters per shift: 0-8
- Support staff: 24/7 CRNA; 24/7 RT; 1st Assist (Surgical); RN staffing—min 2 L&D, 2 NICU, 1 OB Tech
- Facility levels: Trauma 0; Pediatrics level 3
- Call Response Time Required: 15 min
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Clinical competencies (required): low- and high-risk pregnancy management; FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE); routine vaginal delivery; decision-making for C-section; complicated deliveries including C-section, multiple gestations, and abruptions; surgical gynecology including operative/major procedures (e.g., ectopic, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA)
- Preferred: OB ultrasound performance/interpretation; VBACs; repair of 3rd & 4th
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC, MO license or IMLC, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Board certification required (OB/GYN); estimated credentialing timeframe ~90 days
