We have a site in North Dakota seeking Interventional Cardiology coverage for an ongoing locums opportunity. Providers will handle STEMI and interventional call, inpatient consults, rounding, and cardiac procedures while working alongside an established cardiology team with APP support. Highlights
Schedule: Ongoing 24/7 Interventional Cardiology call coverage; recurring blocks preferred and partial availability considered
Required Skills: STEMI coverage, cardiac catheterizations, TEEs, nuclear stress testing, echocardiogram interpretation, inpatient consults, and rounding
Patient Volume: Approximately 1-2 STEMIs per weekend and 1-4 inpatient patients per day
Support: Three APPs support the inpatient service; General Cardiology call covered separately
Board Status: Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist preferred
Licensure: North Dakota license preferred; IMLC candidates considered
Facility: Acute care hospital with established cardiology program
Coverage Need: Ongoing locums need with opportunity for recurring coverage
