Looking for approximately 1 - 2 weeks of 24 hour coverage
Scheduling: Flexible; will work with provider to optimize
Need call coverage only
Beeper call with 20 minute response time
Average 20 phone consults
Average 10 patients seen
Core cases required: Stone cases and stent placements; open to additional case types
Facility: Trauma Level II
Support staff: 3 RNs, 15 MAs, 7 APPs, 4 office staff
Epic EMR
Requirements: Board Certified, Active WI or IMLC
Fellowship preferred
WI ACT 10 license accepted
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
