- GYN scope (required): office/minor procedures (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryotherapy, LEEP, etc.); surgical GYN—open; laparoscopic minor (e.g., tubal ligation, LOA); operative/major (e.g., ectopic, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA)
- Support staff: 20 RNs, 4 APPs
- Certifications: CA license and DEA, BC or BE, BLS, NRP, Miscarriage Management
- Clean file required for name clear
- Credentialing: current CV with all hospital affiliations must be uploaded; estimated 2 days
