Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible for Board Certified in either PM&R/Physiatry or Internal Medicine
- Internal Medicine candidates must have prior experience in either skilled nursing facility (SNF) or inpatient rehab facilities IRF), or be willing to complete 20 hours of PM&R/rehab related CME prior to employment.
- Ability to get and maintain a Tennessee Medical License
