Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
Start Date: 12/11/2026
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Night Call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM
Weekend Call: 24-hour call (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
Estimated Coverage: 7 shifts per month
Average daily volume: 15-20 patients
Providers work alongside established Pediatric ENT team
30-minute response time
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Minimum 1 year experience, Illinois license or IMLC candidates, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR license
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
EMR: Epic
