Coverage dates: Sept 28-Oct 6; Oct 23-29; Nov 9-12; Dec 23-27 & 30-31; Jan 1-3
Sporadic, as-needed shifts; dates may vary
Trauma 1 Center
Procedures: open and endovascular (both required)
Average census: 5-10 patients/day; ~6 outpatient elective procedures
Support: 1 APP + nursing in clinic; 2 APPs assist with rounding
Certifications: IL license
Comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures
Local candidates preferred
Rush file; temps will be requested
