- Team model: 24/7 access to MFM (in-house days, on-call nights); another Allina OBGYN always in-house for clinic service; collaborative support
- Service mix: OB only (mostly high risk); no GYN on OBH shifts
- Support staff: CNM coverage at UNTD and modified coverage at ANW as needed; no residents
- Systems: Epic (Excellian) for documentation; Obix for electronic fetal monitoring
- Requirements: Board-certified OB/GYN, BLS certification
