- Patient mix/acuity: ~85% Obstetrics; High risk managed with transfers <32 weeks; MFM and Gyn Onc available via phone consult
- Volume: Avg 1-3 deliveries per shift; 6-8 patients in OBED; ~600 deliveries last year
- NICU: Level II
- Team/support: No midwives; in-house anesthesia; NP/PA first assist; community OBGYN covers unassigned GYN cases after initial consult; Cleveland Clinic North Canton practice covers their own deliveries/surgeries
