Avg Patients per day: 18
Clinical Responsibilities: Direct patient care in line with family medicine physician duties; Primarily Adults, with some children
Case Types/Procedures: Chronic care management, well visits, acute/sick visits; IUD, possible joint injections, low level derm procedures
2 APPs in clinic - NP and PA
Looking for a provider with 2 years of experience in ambulatory family medicine
Looking for someone hard-working, and willing to see patients who have chronic conditions, experience with chronic care management
Will consider new grads and fellows
Must be Board Certified in FM
