OB/GYN coverage needed in Washington

We have a need for an OB/GYN in Federal Way, WA for a 3-6 month assignment beginning 1/1/2027. This opportunity includes a mix of clinic and call coverage with flexibility on scheduling and a strong support team. Open to more details?

Highlights

Date: 1/1/2027 - 3 to 6 months

Schedule: 3 clinic shifts and 1 call shift per week, clinic hours 8:00a-4:45p, 24-hour call 7:00a-7:00a

Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient OB/GYN

Patient Volume: 18-24 patients per day

EMR: Epic

Licensing: Washington license preferred; IMLC with LOQ required

Board Certification: Board Eligible required; Board Certified highly preferred

Required Certifications: BLS, DEA required during credentialing

Required Skills: Labor & delivery management, high-risk and low-risk obstetrics, GYN care, ER GYN coverage, management of L&D patients, collaboration with CNMs and Family Practice OB providers, colposcopy, LEEP procedures, IUD placement, Nexplanon placement, contraceptive management, postpartum care, and rural/critical access hospital experience

Credentialing: Minimum 60 days

Experience: Comfortable practicing in a Critical Access Hospital setting

Support Staff: L&D RNs, CNMs, Family Practice OB physicians, MA, RN, LPN/LVN, lab tech, and radiology support.
