Highlights
Schedule: Ongoing 24-hour coverage with onsite hospital rounding from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM followed by overnight call responsibilities. Weekend coverage included in a 1:4 call rotation.
Patient Volume: Approximately 15-20 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Required Skills/Procedures: Inpatient cardiology consults, hospital rounding, cardiology call coverage, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
License Requirements: Active medical license required at submission
Additional Details: Inpatient-only practice with APP support available. Providers must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call. Nuclear medicine interpretation, stress test reading, cardioversion, and tilt table experience are preferred. No outpatient responsibilities, allowing providers to focus exclusively on inpatient consultative cardiology care.
