Highlights
Schedule: Flexible daytime schedule, typically 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, with 35-40 hours per week
Patient Volume: Approximately 15-25 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Required Skills/Procedures: Inpatient admissions, hospital rounding, medical management, code response, and care coordination for transferred patients
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; emergency temporary privileges available for qualified providers
Board Certification: Board Certified required
License Requirements: Active Minnesota license required (will wait for license); IMLC accepted
Additional Details: Community hospital setting with physician, nursing, and telehealth support. No APP supervision required. Hospitalists manage admissions and inpatient care, including CCU patients when needed prior to transfer. Minimum 1 year of experience required, and Epic experience is required. Flexible schedule options available for the right provider.
