Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per day

Requirements: NP, CNS, or PA with active Ohio license

Core Skills: Established patient visits, hospital follow-ups, inbox management, and prescription refills

Setting: Outpatient Electrophysiology/Cardiology clinic

Support: 1-2 MA/LPN/RN staff members

EMR: Epic

Telemedicine: Available for local patients
