Highlights
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
Start: ASAP
Assignment Length: Minimum 3 months with extension potential
Flexibility: Full-time preferred; providers available only a few days per week will also be considered
Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Primary Care
Patient Volume: Approximately 24 patients per day
EMR: Athena
Call: Light outpatient call only, typically 2 calls per week and rarely more than 5–6
Required Skills: General pediatric primary care, well-child visits, sick visits, preventative care, and chronic condition management
Board Status: Board Certified Pediatrician required
Licensure: Unrestricted Illinois license required; IMLC accepted
Certifications Required: BLS; PALS preferred (can be obtained if not currently held)
Credentialing: Expedited privileges available
