7AM-7PM Monday - Friday
On call Coverage also 1 day a week and every 4th weekend
7 patients avg daily volume
Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified, ACLS, PALS, BLS, DEA, Iowa State license or IMLC
Credentialing 4-6 weeks
