will be cross-credentialed to provide call coverage at three locations
24-hour call. Response time less than 30 mins.
Open Dates: 6/1-6/4, 6/11-6/16, 6/23-7/8, 8/5-8/17, 8/31-9/11, 10/23-11/6, 11/13-11/16, 11/24-12/2, 12/16-1/1
Setting: Inpatient
EMR: EPIC
Patients per Day: 6-8 consults
Support Staff: 2 other physicians, 5 RNS and 2 MAs for our surgeon and 3 APPs
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days typically
Requirements: Board Certified Urology, WA license or IMLC, BLS, local candidates
