Practice Details

• General Urology
• Initial 3-day clinical schedule during ramp-up

Compensation

• $560,000 Base Salary on a four-day schedule
• Initial three-day schedule compensated at $420,000 during ramp-up
• RVU Productivity Incentive
• $50,000 Retention Bonus
• $12,000 Annual Quality and Citizenship Bonus

Candidate Parameters

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Eligible for Colorado Medical Licensure
• Robotic Surgery experience or training preferred
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Interest in building and growing a new service line
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
• Not able to sponsor visas
