Schedule: ASAP - ongoing
Must be willing to do days/nights
Target of 18-22 per day
Open ICU model with 24/7 intensivist support
Hospitalist is responsible for all codes and rapid responses
Exceptionally stable program with ~15-year average hospitalist tenure
Shared team-based approach during peak volumes
No overnight call responsibilities for daytime providers
Nocturnists are responsible for cross coverage and admissions, averaging 8-10 admissions per night
Admissions primarily from the ED
EMR – Meditech Expanse
Requirements: clean file and GA license
