Providers with urology surgical skills highly preferred
Support Staff: 3 urologists, 2 APPs, 3 RNs, 4 MAs, 3 PSRs, 1 PCC
EMR: Epic
Requirements: WA license (will wait for license), BC, BLS
Credentialing: 90 days
