- Call Response Time Required: 15 Min, Call Ratio: 1:3, Call Back: 10%, Phone Consults: 0-3
- Certifications: BC or BE, MO license or IMLC, BLS, ATLS, ACLS
- Credentialing: Estimated 90 days; temporary/emergency privileges available within 60 days
