Highlights
Schedule: Ongoing coverage beginning 01/04/2027 through the end of 2027. Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month with 24-hour call coverage in weekly blocks.
Patient Volume: Approximately 12-15 consults per week
EMR: Cerner
Required Skills/Procedures: Inpatient Hematology/Oncology consults, oncology admissions, hematologic and oncologic evaluations, care coordination, and inpatient-to-outpatient transitions of care
Credentialing: Approximately 60-90 days
Board Certification: Board Certified in Hematology & Medical Oncology
License Requirements: Active Arizona license or IMLC LOQ
Additional Details: Inpatient-only practice with no clinic responsibilities. APP support available Monday-Friday. Long-term coverage need with recurring weekly blocks available throughout the year. Providers should be prepared to commit to recurring coverage and specify available weeks when presenting.
