Shift times: Days 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Nights 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
APP coverage: 10 hours during day shift (typically 7:30 AM - 5:30/6:00 PM)
Patient load: Always <20 total; Med/Surg ADC 8-12; ICU ADC ~3.6
Procedures/skills: ICU management, ventilator management, central line placement, intubation
Team: APP generally rounds on Med/Surg patients
Requirements: Active New York medical license
