Schedule: 8:00a-4:30p onsite coverage; occasional night call (4:30p-8:00a) and possible weekend coverage
Practice Setting: Inpatient Cardiology with some potential ambulatory coverage
Patient Volume: Average census of 5-8 patients per campus
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active NE and IA licenses (or IMLC LOQs in hand) required; Board Certified Cardiology
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Required Skills: General Cardiology, Echocardiography, TEE, EKG interpretation, and Stress Testing
Preferred Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and DEA
Other Key Details: Coverage spans 4 hospitals with weekday APP support for inpatient rounds. Call volume is low, with most encounters managed by phone. Ongoing need with additional dates expected beyond February 2027. Local candidates preferred but not required.
