- Oncologist provides outpatient chemotherapy and infusions and is a solo provider
- There is a midlevel provider who helps with patient flow, orders, etc.
- Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Center
- EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology, Fellowship, CA license, DEA, ACLS
