We have a need for a Urologist in Fort Wayne, IN beginning 1/1/2027 for an ongoing 7-on/7-off coverage model. This opportunity includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with 24-hour beeper call coverage at a Level III Trauma Center. Open to more details?

Licensing: Active Indiana license or IMLC required
Board Certification: Board Certified Urology (facility requires BC; BE minimum)
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days; temporary privileges available
Required Certifications: ATLS, BLS
Required Skills: General Urology, inpatient consults, admissions, rounding, trauma-related urologic care, outpatient urology management, and beeper call coverage
