November 13 at 7:00 p.m. – November 15 at 7:00 p.m.
November 27 at 7:00 p.m. – November 29 at 7:00 p.m.
December 25 at 7:00 p.m. – December 27 at 7:00 p.m.
Practice setting: Hospital; Bed size: 268
EMR: Cerner
Deliveries: 1-3 per shift
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN, Active AZ license or IMLC, DEA, Minimum 1 year experience
Credentialing: Emergency/temporary privileges available
