Highlights

Schedule: 24-hour call plus clinic coverage (8a-4p, 2-3 days/week); approximately 3 weeks per month
Practice Setting: Clinic, Hospital, ER, and Call Coverage
Patient Volume: 14-20 clinic patients per day
EMR: Cerner
Licensing: Active Arizona license or IMLC LOQ required; Board Certified Vascular Surgery
Credentialing: 60-90 days
Required Skills: Angiograms, venograms, AV fistula procedures, carotid endarterectomy, femoral endarterectomy, bypass procedures, EVAR, TEVAR, TCAR, and hybrid vascular cases
Preferred: ACLS and DEA
