- Types of cases: Chronic care management such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, etc. Adults required (ages 18 & up), pediatrics optional but preferred (17 and under)
- Duties: All aspects of primary care and management of established patient panel. Chronic care management
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- EMR: Cerner CareB
- Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine, CA license, ACLS, BLS, DEA
- PALS preferred
